Fitness Is About Health and Staying Healthy Is About Good Body Maintenance

Fitness Is About Health and Staying Healthy Is About Good Body Maintenance

Some are born with built-in knowledge of what their body needs. Others seduce fashion, popularity, and peer pressure to do things that should avoid. There is also a willingness or other willingness of the body to accept harmful substances.  This is my thirst for knowledge and my intelligence being number one.

The lesson learned is that what we do when we are young affects how we age. and what diseases and disabilities we face over the years. Good body care is about avoiding anything toxic, including dangerous carnival rides.

The latest fad is a ride on vehicles that will cause you to fall and come to a sudden stop. like some crazy roller coaster adventures. When I watched one of them recently I found it hard to believe

that people expose not only their bodies but also the bodies of

their children in the name of entertainment. The human brain is soft and very damaged.

The body warns of impending danger through adrenaline glands. and sensations that many find addictive. As adrenaline flows, it increases heart rate and gives us the experience of flight or fight. In other words, it prepares itself for recovery from harm.

When the body stops, the skull and brain collide. This causes some degree of bruising and can even lead to death or paralysis. But this may not happen immediately. as a delayed response can experience the effects of concussion hours or even a day after the event.

Headaches; nausea; dizziness; memory problems; irritability; balance and sleep problems may also follow. Look at these symptoms. and compare them to those of Alzheimer's disease or dementia patients. With the latter, there are huge changes in brain function that include memory loss. Even though there is no proven correlation to support linking the two. that doesn't mean it isn't correct.

Drugs also affect the brain, and regular use of pills can also lead to the onset of Alzheimer's disease or dementia. While there are no studies to prove this is the case, it is still a matter of common sense.

If one is looking for a fitness regimen, start with the brain and all other things will follow. He can tell us when we are making a mistake. Drugs, but, interfere with this side of nature. We train our brains by what we do to our bodies. If we stuff ourselves with things like sweets and alcohol and tell it that weird adrenaline rush is okay. then the changes in this vital organ will make us want more.
